It's a bug, Johns model for some reason uses the skeleton of Skinny Arthur the first time you get control of him, so he looks like a retarded action figure. A reload fixes it.

It's a bug, you have to pay for a bath, glitch into the said bath room without having the cutscene transition start, throw a molotov on the bath, then trigger the cutscene so you walk onto the now burning bath, once you die you will spawn naked. There are a few tutorials on youtube for step-by-step guidance.
It does fuck up your game as you lose everything in your inventory including talismans so make sure you have your autosave off just incase.

I figured that was Dutch's final good act, which is why John is initially hesitant to harm him when he confronts him in the bank in RDR1.
Dutch just keeps going further into madness to the point of starting his own paramilitary force and killing civilians without any remorse during RDR1.

It's slow as balls. If you didn't like the overall gameplay pace of the first and felt it was slow, this game will be torture. Everything has to have an animation, even looting individual bodies.
