Sheena really is pure garbage in ToS. Nothing she does can't be done better with a different character.

OL is too unpredictable for this to be useful. You usually end up wasting it on scrubs.
Some of the status buffs are good(like magic buff which is very rare) but that's really it. Genis and even Raine can dish out a whole lot more magic damage on average.
>Card spells
Literally useless. They do fucking nothing in practice. Even in longer boss fights, the effect is negligible.
Sheena has absolute trash defense(for some reason they thought that high evasion would be a good substitute) and mediocre damage output. She can't really do much work as a frontline attacker and the few spells she has suck ass.
The only thing she could really be useful for is providing elemental buffs for enemies with elemental weaknesses. That's it.

Buffs and knockdowns are all she helped my team with. Even if Colette has more useful spells her useful shit is only available late game so I still think Colette is worse.

Colette is one of the best characters in the game in terms of raw damage output. She also gets relatively high TP and can cover multiple ranges with her spells.

Sadly, the nerfed it in the Chronicles version, since there's a slight delay when guarding now. Kinda sucks.
Me and my friend used to co-op it on the GC and we'd equip Genis with Randomizer and Nimble Mage and compete for who could jank out an instant spell first.
