Some Smart OLED TVs have inner technology that monitorate the lifespan of each pixel light and acts accordingly so that the specific pixels don't die out. Also manufacturers like Sony and LG came up with options that "refresh" the stain of the pixels (Pixel Refresher) however using this option often can also kill pixels as well.

They help but won't solve the problem.

just put visual sensors that go outward in each pixel and have them shine through the tv glass and measure how tan or tinted it is and then correct that by making the pixel a different color than it would be

Honestly, LG OLED panels don't even use coloured OLEDs, they're white OLEDs with colour filters. This solves the colour accuracy problem but then each pixel is still gonna fade at a different rate. So you're still stuck with uneven brightness across the panel and burn-in. It's a shame.

OLED is dead on arrival for PC, because of uneven burn-in (after just few years of intensive usage it will look exactly like shit on the left, except for full brightness instead of fully dark image)
Also LED glow on current panels is nowhere near that bad - buy yourself new monitor, you bum

TVs aren't operating with consistently placed interface elements + uneven brightness in stuff like Photoshop is death sentence. Phones are too small to notice the effect (laptops are just happy to have anything better than utter gutter tier shit they usually get).

i have to say right off the bat that conventional LEDs (the stuff they want to use in MicroLED panels) themselves aren't very happy about constant voltage change and die out pretty quickly, especially at fast rate, so unless they can ensure that their tech is withstanding over any remotely long-term period, it's dead on arrival as well.

CRTs are not the only display I use.

It's a Panasonic BT-H130YN. It's 14' and it can take Component and RGB. Maybe it's just old so that's why it has poor black levels.
