I'd drop dead before ever considering a wireless mouse for gayming
Do you play competitive games or something?
Whats should look for when deciding on a new mouse?
>wireless mice for PC is just like a wired mouse but can lose power every once in a while
>the only reason wireless mouse can be used for that would make it worth shit is for laptops/anything portable AKA not the devices for gaming
prove me fucking wrong
>using a mouse
git gud
It’s a input device that works identically to a wired mouse. You can play games with it.
>It’s a input device that works identically to a wired mouse. You can play games with it.
assuming you talk about wireless mice thats what i fucking said, but i also said theyre inferior to wired mouse, since they can run out of power every once in a while
what are you trying to prove
Human Revolution was a worse game than Invisible War, received differently only because of the state of the industry when it released.
Not having to deal with the hassle of a wire, no matter how minimal, is well worth the once in a blue moon (Read: Never happened to me in 5 years) power blip.
What are you trying to prove? Just charge the mouse? Try not typing in broken English.
That’s still a mouse, genius
Is it wired?
Does it fit your hand well?
Does the sensor have any major flaws?
I would rather deal with the hassle than buying new batteries.
Nice input delay fags
if you could do some sort of room scale of wireless charging it'd be nice but until then no
I have something amazing to tell you. There are these things called rechargeable batteries, you can just charge the battery and not have to replace it.
Imagine being so bad that you don't notice the input delay.
>never had issue with wires because the cords are long
>wireless makes them more expensive
>can possibly run out of chage
I see no possible benefit.
I like it. I don't play competitive twitch shooters so I'm not serious about "muh input lag" but I haven't noticed any difference to my previous wired one. Battery lasted about 6 months.
wired mouse doesnt need recharging, since its wired.
wireless mouse doesnt have a wire, and can run out of power.
therefore, while a wireless mouse will run out of power, the wired mouse will work just fine.
if you have no power, then the wired mouse wont work, while a wireless one might work.
if you have no power, your whole computer wont work either way unless you have a laptop (a portable computer that is by default inferior to a PC of its age, therefore not as good as a normal PC)
therefore, your wired mouse will always when your computer works, while wireless can run out of power.
In conclusion, wireless mouse is inferior to a wired mouse, except when you use it with a laptop that is itself inferior to a PC.
bought a laptop in like 2010 and it came with a free wireless mouse, it beats the touch mouse input but it's garbage compared to wired
legitimate schizo post
prove it.
>free garbage wireless travel/office mouse from 10 years ago is not so good
absolute shocker
A modern wireless mouse lasts 60+ hours. I’m sure there would be time to charge it.
having a wireless mouse was pretty much a must for lightsaber dueling in Jedi Knights II thanks to the broken backstab.
schizo tier reply
REMINDER:
People who discard wireless :
1) Can't afford it
2) Base their idea of "wireless" on pre 2016 mice
3) Wanna seem like hardcore gaymers that dont ever falls for gimmicks
Anyone who tried those recent Logitech mice or even the razer one will tell you there's no delay.
>b-but muh batteries
Battery life goes from like 40 to 80 hours on most models, meaning that even if you play 8 hours a day, you'd have to wait 5-10 days before charging, and then agian it just means plugging in a cable for 2-3 hours.
>b-but it's heavy
No they're not, look up the numbers.
Wireless is the future we should look up to.
>no more cables being exposed due to shit fabric
>no more friction
>no more knots
The only wired mice that outdo the wireless ones are the Zowie mice because of their shape, but it's only a matter of months until acompnay goas and make a wireless one with a similar/better shape.
>wireless mouse
I dont want latency thanks. I also dont want to have to charge my mouse constantly, and the weight of a power source.
games are good
>Paying more for something you don't care about because you don't want to appear poor
How to spot a retard. I could have 10 million in the bank I'm not getting stooged for shit I don't need.
Enjoy your input delay fag
Yet I bet you use a wireless controller when using a gamepad you faggot instead of insisting on a wired one.
Wireless mice are never gonna be better simply because I have to recharge them.
>still no argument
pic related just for you
then why even bother with it, at best it works the same as the wired mouse
pic not related
thats a rather proper response, but as said, you need to tackle the input lag problem
pic also not related
>Enjoy your input delay fag

See
>Base their idea of "wireless" on pre 2016 mice
>no more cables being exposed due to shit fabric
When the fuck is that a thing? Is your desk sandpaper?
>No more friction
Try keeping your mousepad clean you mouthbreather, because that will fuck your wireless mouse all the same
>no more knots
Why are you getting knots?
Who the fuck games on a PC anyways.
I’m not reading your post because you type like a schizophrenic person.
Just gonna put this out here...
>cant afford it
Most wireless mice are priced between $150-200. If you cant afford that, you cant afford PC gaming. Go get an Xbox.
>pre 2016 wireless
There has been no serious improvement to wireless delay, and as a matter of fact there will always be an increased minimum delay over that of a wired mouse, even of the same design.
>muh hardcores
Just because you buy a branded mouse doesn't make you a CS:GO pro. I was pretty decent back in my day with a Razer Naga. Yeah, one of those autistic MOBA mice. It's all about muscle memory and response rate.
>recent logitech mice have no delay
Owner of said mouse, you are wrong.
>batteries last 40-80 hours
if you turn RGB off, scale down the refresh rate, and don't constantly use it... such as browsing and shitposting on Yea Forums.
>they are really light
but not as light as the wired counterparts because again, the wired counterparts dont have a battery in them.
If your cables fray, clean your desk and get a bungee.
If your cables knot, stop being a dirty nigger and clean your desk, and run your cables properly.
>zowie
t. wannabe speedrunner.
>why even bother with it, at best it works the same
Because it has no wire.
Why do you go on the internet and tell lies?
Changing battery two times a year seems like an acceptable level of hassle for the benefit of less wires, but that's me.
>Using a wireless controller
I really hope you don't do this
Yes, but I dont use it for gaming. I use it to remotely control my PC through steamlink when i watch futurama from my bedroom.
My flightstick is wired, so is my xbox controller I use for twinstick shooters and racers on my PC.
I'd consider it if they sold a mousepad that charged the mouse.
