Most poodles and poodle breeds like Bishon's have "fur" that is much closer to hair in that it doesn't shed, needs special shampoo to clean, and must be cut often. That's how it gets all puffy and styles, it's like curly hair. I don't know where you got the idea that humans fucking shed hair, or that a dog that grows hair would shed at all. Hair doesn't shed.
