No, the power armor is way more interesting, distinct, and versatile than the zero suit could ever hope to be. the closest i'd accept is having it so when the power suit runs out of energy it shatters like in previous games, but you then play as ZSS until you can collect 100 energy or get to a save or recharge station and restore the suit.
