I can get why so many people say kiwami is probably the worst game in the series, it never really kicks into gear.
Around the end of the game i swear it skipped like 2 or 3 chapters, the boat part with Shimano was like chapter 12, then the very next mission is chapter 16 and the end of the game? I don't get it.

Kiwami is only slightly worse than 0 imo.

Just think of it as some DLC for 0. It's much shorter, it added some substory as sequels to those from 0 and shows why Nishiki became a dick.
