it runs pretty good on dx12 though, he probably doesn't limit fps, of course it will let GPU go 100% at 80+fps

Change from extreme to ultra, the only change is shader super-sampling and i tanks performance, I'm keeping it over 60fps on ultra at 1080p with a gtx 1070 and an old as fuck 4770k

I have never installed any updates apart from SP1 and I'l never start.
The best securtiy system is the brain and it seems to have worked well for over 25 years of unupdated windows versions.

So this is the kind of retards who buy 2000$ PCs and then complain when it break because they never cap their FPS leaving their CG ruin themselves on black screen that run at 1000000 FPS, or otherwise just max the settings all the time on all games thinking there's no way their mommy PC would have a bottleneck or that PC devs can't futureproof their shit.
