I would agree but I primarily buy amiibos because they are cool figurines, not because of in game rewards. Like, I don't really play smash but I have a Ridley amiibo. You don't really get anything substantial from it but I have a Solaire amiibo. I am going to get the snake amiibo when it comes out. Some people just like amiibos for display purposes, they are small, cheap and of decent quality, especially recently.
