Not to mention the difference between being best buds and acquantances isn't referenced at all outside the social link apart from romances, no matter how much interaction occurs outside them.

the fact that this reference to "Jane" is tied to c06 pretty much eliminates the possibility of it being a fem Joker. Every other character that has two genders has c06 as the 'main' one, male in this case.
