You have an Intel HD 620 (way faster than the 4600) and the guy gets less FPS when recording. You could probably run it at 30fps+ with everything set on low/disabled (except textures, always keep those on high) and 720p.

It doesn't hurt to try it on your PC.

I mean I guess that's pretty cheap but I still don't understand your argument. 10k is still a shit load of money to spend on anything to do with liberal arts. I'm spending about the same per year on an actual useful degree in the U.S. that gives me real world skills.
