It's currently 5 EUR on Steam. Is it worth the price? I mean, it's so cheap that I can fucking burn some money on it without thinking twice, I just want to know if it's actually worth playing. I've heard it's quite frustrating.

Why not just play Adventure Quest? It's the same thing. If you want, play it with your eyes closed for additional artificial difficulty.

No, it's a game for boring combat and grinding. The only thing it has is great presentation.

Sure, dude. Go for it.

Avoid it while you can unless you enjoy frustrating RNG based gameplay.

Care to elaborate? I could be ok with grinding, nut the boring combat part worries me.
not sure if serious or joking desu

I'd argue if it was full price, but if it's cheap yeah, go for it.
If you want to mitigate the frustration, just play safe.

>not sure if serious or joking desu
Half joking x

Buy it on switch you stupid faggot

It's a glorified mobile game. 5 bucks is reasonable

A lot of people don't like the grinding or how unpredictable it can get.
If you're ok with that, then you might as well like it.

Ok I see the cons, but is there anything you like about the game?

It's definitely worth it for $5. It can have some pretty satisfying moments when you manage to start progressing.

it's tedious
repetitive repetitive repetitive grind grind grind
play it safe and you won't loose a single character
try your luck and you will get your shit pushed in every time

It's fun as fuck. It's hard, but there are precautions you can take, and when you start popping off and fucking shit up, goddamn does it feel good.

it sucks, just pirate with the dlc

yes

I love everything about the game. I don't mind the grinding, I actually prefer it.
I'm just telling you what other people think.

But if I have to say, people commonly praise its atmosphere, the art, the soundtrack, the narrative by Wayne June. Generally its aesthetics.
It's unpredictability can also be a good thing if you're not short-tempered.

Every patch made the game more boring. Still, guess "learning it" is fun, game is easy once you know what you're doing. I don't regret getting it for $0.

Ok I might give it a shot. Beginner's tips?

Don't try to put torches in any red balls.
Don't build the Performance Hall first.
Let the little pig be.

Does it include DLCs?

nope, but there's actually the full game+DLC package at 16 EUR. are the DLCs good enough to go for it?
