Compared to everything else it's really mediocre. Especially with how amazing Rivers in a Dry land was for Shido, and how iirc you get the lyric version at his second stage.

I still cannot understand why they'd make Mementos the stage for Joker. It's the least memorable location in the game, has the worst music, and the least interesting music. The Casino of Jealousy was one of the most iconic locations from the game (and is in the first 5 minutes of the game, so no spoilers), and was used heavily throughout all the game's promotional material. And yet we get a shitty subway tunnel with veins on it as the stage.

I'm afraid that Sakurai is going to fuck up Last Surprise with a shitty remix. I just know it.

I had a similar issue with 1, in that Megido was broken as fuck and negated the whole grid system entirely. I just really, really didn't like the combat in 1 and 3.
Also, IIRC, Persona 2 was the only one where demon negotiating actually made some semblance of sense.

It's easily the most recognizable place in the game wether you've played the game yourself or merely seen some trailers, every piece of music directly connected with the stage is godlike, and it's the stage that best represents Joker as a character.
