I don't know but I watched (and read) this series for the growth plot. A man who lost everything and no one to trust finds a true companion and builds up from there. It's a cool story to be honest but the sad part is it only get good in later volumes and I don't think it will ever be adapted

If you thought that was bad wait for Isekai 2: Notto Disu Shitto Agen near the end of season 2. Followed not long after by part 3: Sloth and Dragon. If they ever get to the Qten lo parts just knock yourself into a coma until its done, fell asleep reading it what an absolute chore.

They literally need to stay alive or the world will be destroyed. Naofumi even mentioned in his thought that they can just lock up the heroes in some place safe to ensure this. Later on in the story there will be assassins from other worlds (aside from Glass and her team) coming to kill the heroes and destroy their world because it will give power boost to them and ensure their world's survival

The anime is doing what it should do- speedrun this Spirit Tortoise abomination of an arc. This shit was rockbottom in terms of storytelling and just after the intriguing climax of last season just reeks of the author not knowing what to do after Naofumi's name was cleared up.
