Just trim the fat and it's instantly good. The overall plan post-TS manga is following is pretty solid, each arc serves a purpose:

>Punk Hazard (make some allies to fight Yonkos)
>Dressrosa (long-awaited Doflamingo arc)
>Zou (introduction to Road Poneglyphs and Zunisha, 1/4 Poneglyphs)
>WCI (Big Mom arc, 2/4 Poneglyphs)
>Reverie (Im's introduction)
>Wano (Kaido arc, 3/4 Poneglyphs, Joyffy reveal and whatever lore dump will be at the end)
So next I assume is either another breather or straight to the arc where SHs get the last Poneglyph, and then Laugh Tale. But at the rate Oda is going, he won't end his manga for another 500 chapters.
