Nozomu Itoshiki is depressed. Very depressed. He’s certifiably suicidal, but he’s also the beloved schoolteacher of a class of unique students, each charming in her own way: The stalker. The shut-in. The obsessive-compulsive. The girl who comes to class every day with strange bruises. And Kafuka, the most optimistic girl in the world, who knows that every cloud has a silver lining. For all of them, it’s a special time, when the right teacher can have a lasting positive effect on their lives. But is that teacher Itoshiki, a.k.a. Zetsubou-sensei, who just wants to find the perfect place to die?

And that's all for today and all for this volume. Make sure to look out for this cover tomorrow. We're in May now too, so as a reminder, the second SZS stream will be happening on the 28th; time really flies. Are you the type to make mountains out of molehills or do you downplay serious events? Do minor inconveniences especially bother you?
this chapter has 1 Tsunetsuki, 1 pantyshot, 2 Uropen, 3 Amakudari-sama, 1 Miss Sakurai Yoshiko, 1 stork and baby, 2 stick dog, 1 black tear, 1 Mr. Asou Tarou, 1 Mr. Abe Shinzou, and 0 eye of darkness

i live in a crowded house and everytime i move it feels like something falls on the floor. nothing breaks and it's very minor but it pisses me off
Justin Russell
No. Turns out he's one of the more decent persons of the cast. Even being the only one to remember Abiru's birthday when everyone else forgot.
Jose Ramirez
Literally me.
Christian Howard
I always try to downplay events, I dont want to make things a hassle, Thanks OP
Dylan Mitchell
It's normal.
Cameron Diaz
Feels like this goes against previous chapters.
Benjamin Gonzalez
Thanks for the dump like always OP.
Chase Nelson
Good job OP! I'm waiting for the stream!
Kayden Miller
the being held back? SZS tries to stick to the seasons/holidays as it was publishing, so there's a fairly loose sense of continuity glad you like it user, it's one of my favorites too. hope you can stay for the dailies because it's worth it too thanks op. I tend to downplay everything but I have been treating anime productions im excited about as huge announcements to people who probably aren't as invested
Josiah Cooper
wow
Ian Wood
But why?

It was explained right in her introduction chapter. Her dad is a nice person, however, Abiru has an obsession with animal tails and usually grab, pull them. Which it usually results to animals attacking her and caused her some serious injuries.
Also, it was heavily implied that the one abused her was her mom
Aiden Diaz
he didn't actually do this fake funeral thing, right. but he wrote so much about it and the receipt there and everything is really drawing me into the fiction. i feel stupid for having even .1% doubt that he might have actually done this, and yet...
Ryder Cook
Thanks for the dump, OP. I make mountains of molehills, and I downplay serious events. It's funny to be dramatic about minor things, and if something so bad happens that there's nothing I can do anything about it, I just don't bother sweating it.

Complete with messages from friends and coworkers, a coffin precession, a service, and Kumeta even coming out and walking around dressed as a spirit (supposedly he didn't want to but it was too hot in the coffin) I was hoping it would come up during the storytime, it's my favorite Kumeta story
