Sometime in the 90's I saw just a few minutes of this anime on TV where some guy apparently died and this alien race was able to revive him but they told him they had to fuse him with this woman who was some sort of soldier. I specifically remember they apologized for the inconvenience. It could have been on HBO or something beyond basic cable. I can confidently say only I watched this because no one knows what it is.

I just watched two detective Conan movies today. Phantom of Baker Street was awesome. Raven chaser is fucking awful though. I've never watched the show. I'm gonna watch movie 4 5 or 7 next.

Legit one of the better battle harems. MC isn't just a generic nice guy. Girls are great. Big cool war battles. An adaptation that feels complete enough with obvious sequel hooks rather than just being an empty commercial for a book you won't read.

I watched it when I was a kid with my older brother so i may be misremembering stuff but it was about a guy with some sort of psychic powers if i recall correctly and he had a scar from a bullet wound on his forehead also i think there was a loli character that liked him.

Lmao shut up. This anime could've been great but suffered mightily from the MC being boring and invincible and from having those "big cool war battles" you mentioned being reduced to 5 seconds of narration.

I wanted to love it, even if only for its settings and midriff waifus, but it was mediocre.
