Even though her route is the worst written thing in the game because of the change in writers at the time I still absolutely love Kasumi, I love what she represents, I love her relationship with Ren, the fact that she kind of drives his character and the entire massage of the story about self-discovery. Every choice in the common route leading to the Kasumi route also felt like a choice that Ren would've made regardless of the player input, it just felt natural, at least for me. The end of chapter 3 in the common route absolutely broke me emotionally and I cannot remember any other moment from any other media that made me cry more, it was absolutely phenomenal. Other than that she's just absolutely freaking adorable, precious and I hate how much she was shafted later. Big waste of potential. Making Rea the final heroine was absolutely retarded move from light, everything that happened in Rea's should have been Kasumi's.
