The matrix, but isekai

You know how in the Matrix, the people who reject the simulation get pushed out to Zion as a sort of pressure release to preserve the system, but Zion is implied to just be another level of the matrix that appeals to noncomfortmist counterculture rebels?

Do that, except the release valve is truck kun. Any time someone starts to reject the simulated reality to the point that it could cause a problem, they get hit by a truck and wake up in a fantasy land designed to make them feel wanted and important.

So you follow a guy on what appears to be a standard isekai adventure, except that on like episode 4 or something we instead cut to a complete different character, who also gets isekaied, and ends up with the exact same situation and even meets the same characters and it becomes obvious that this scenario is getting repeated with different people. Problems arise when the MC starts rejecting the isekai world too, which the simulation doesn't handle well and tries to just straight up kill him but he escapes into the isekai scenario world of the second isekai'd person we saw, who is told by their NPCs that the MC is a 'fallen hero' that was driven mad by the demon king and must be put down. So it turns into isekai protag vs isekai protag until they both realize what is really going on and team up to fight the system, resolving to travel to the other instances and gather up as many of the isekai protags as they can until they figure out how to strike back at whatever system is controlling them.

A world with no niggers or faggots.

A dragon finds refugees crossing her territory and takes their shota as tax. After the boy gets Stockholm for being raised a slave and absorbs the moral standards of an insane, scarred-up, old monster, she starts sending him out on treasure hunts where he's also exaggerating the power and wealth of this dragon to everybody.
He's hoping to raise an army to raid her mountain and then collapse the whole thing on top of them. He'll force a better legend for Mom before she just gets crushed by her rivals or stabbed in her sleep by a farm kid.

The extra hilarity is that the sorcerer revert to a very friendly and helpful guy who help discover he is the culprit and surrender (briefly).

Accepting her fate she become worried of how she will change, telling them immediately in her last dream she saw herself fireballing all of them. They really can't see that happening and until they discover a case of Corruption by evil entity.
After surviving corruption she is omni-magic, confident, active, even a bit flirty. She get tattoo for every kind of magic she now master including abomination magic. It take fate (rubberband effect) for her to go back to being a bit more virtuous.

>Archer
In his misguided attempt to get rid of cold-blooded born-assassin (aka harmless thief girl) he kept trying to push her away and frighten her. Most of it backfire and eventually he realize all their altercation, fight, and all the things he heard "I've been doing this since I was a child" were out of context. By the time she do throw a knife right at his head it was to save him.

Running joke: during the adventure he claimed to have won in archery contest a DEADLY magical trap doing unspeakable things to thief. Hilariously it was never the time or right creature/human to use it on.
It was a pricey VERY EMBARRASSING magical artifact made by Japenose bondage-lover tuned to only work on Female who lust for the person wearing the ring.

She is trying to dispel her unfounded infatuation about Archer but the later is -factually- a cool dark mysterious antihero, she did saw through most of his lies and discovers that he is, in fact, an assassin with a heavy past, her desire to know more intensify.

l'll repost one of my personal favourites that l've come up with.

Saeko is a regular highschool girl with a kind heart.
One day, while coming back from school, she sees a little girl crying in the streets.
Assuming she was crying because she can't find her parents, Saeko tries to console her, but with her huge surprise, the little girl hugs her tight and yells "Mommy! I find you!".
Lost for words, Saeko takes Yuka (the child) back to her home and asks her mother for advice.
However, Aiko (the MC's mother) looks completely unfazed upon this sight, and actually concludes that Yuka really is Saeko's daughter, and she came back to the past through a spell.
Aiko proceeds to explain to Saeko that she actually comes from a great lineage of witches, but she never showed any magical power growing up, so they never told her about this hoping that she could have a normal life.
Aiko explains that Yuka, on the other hand, has enormous magical abilities, that she can't control properly due to her young age, hence why she could travel to the past.
Now Saeko and her mother have to find a way to bring Yuka back to the future, all of this while trying to control a 4 year old troublemaker with powers beyond any imagination.
Even though she's forbidden to by her mother, Saeko will also try to use Yuka as a mean to find her future husband's identity, with mostly poor results.

Sounds more like real life than an anime plot.

I feel like this needs to be a movie rather than a show, but it has potential. The big question to my mind is what evidence does he have that the host is the killer? The plot hinges on this detail, so it has to be ironclad. But you also have to tell the story in such a way that the host doesn't realize who the story is really about until its already out in the open, otherwise he can easily pull the lever and stop the story from being told.

Inside those bubbles:
