Would be better if it turned out that Izumi has an ancient demon of misfortune inside of him that will awaken and destroy the world if he does not have sex before the age of 18 and Shikimori is some sort of guardian sent to act as his girlfriend but Izumi is so beta that he refuses to do anything even remotely resembling sex
