Pic related is when Aqua was 3 years old, shortly before Ai's 20th birthday and death. There's a Gugule search result dating 2025, so the year in chapter 7 is that or later.
Now, the year in Kaguya is 2016/2017. B-Komachi is already a thing as we've seen Tsubame sing their most popular song. Ai was scouted when she was 12, that's 8 years before her death in 2025+ so she was scouted in 2017+. I think it's safe to drop the plus. So the twins were born in 2022 (current year, hah).
The only problem I can see is Sweet Today. It seems to be a complete work in 2016, but it got a live action when Aqua was 14 - so in 2036. 20 years after it ended? And how old is Yoriko again?
Also, how does Frill fit into the timeline? She's the same age as the twins, so she shouldn't have been born yet in Kaguya. Are we sure she is Koromo's sister? Maybe she's her daughter/cousin/literally anything else?
