Tits and a shotacon.

Left is absolute garbage, so right by default.
Not the fault of the character though, Baki and its derivative stories are just like that. And we have enough people that consume this garbage happily, so it will stay for a long time.

Baki is a meme series, a great one, but a meme.
Vagabond is actually great.

Same. It's cool that it's a three parter and tells the whole story

I like him in Azumi.

Left by a country mile, what's with the Baki hate ITT anyway?

the art is revolting and grotesque, baki's great fun, but the art looks like the characters fell into a vat of acid and lived.

Baki art is strong, and strong is beautiful

No it's not and no they don't. Get your eyes checked.

Tenkaichi

The writing is nearly incoherent taken in a larger view and constantly contradicts or ignores itself over and over.

Those bodies aren't made to look beautiful like some gym fag, those bodies are made to kill people in an undergeound arena.
Even kengan has that shit.

Right, but he looks like left whenever he is about to kill anyone.

>The writing is nearly incoherent
How?

The opposite, but alright.
Let me guess you actually unironically believe the bullshit they say?

I loved everything about left, he was the perfect psycopath, so now I want to read things like the right.

Character learn lessons one arc only for those to be thrown out the next.
Characters with similar styles of fighting or philosophies are treated entirely differently from each other depending on Itagaki's mood.
Some important characters just vanish from the story entirely.
The series entirely loses direction at several points and spends IRL years going no where. Or randomly changes direction mid way through an arc without any kind of tying off of the previous one.
There are moments of genuine brilliance, but they're scattered at near random through slogs of ridiculous nonsense that is fun for being meme fodder, but in terms of telling a good story is just awful.

goddamn dude at least name some examples

You never worked out in your life and it shows because you have no idea how bodies work

I'm not so sure. Baki characters are mass monsters with minimal body fat by the looks of it. They're meant to look larger than life and powerful, with few exceptions. I enjoy the borderline grotesque musculature characters like Pickle, Oliva and Yujiro display, and it helps sell that they're absolute tanks so it works from a narrative perspective as well. The faces of several characters may not look like bishonen supermodels to most people, but I think that's the point, plus several of them are based on real people. Anyway, I digress, I love the unique Baki art style and don't really think it detracts from the quality of the work itself unless you're autistic about anatomy.
This, unfortunately, sounds like projection

If you knew anything about human biology you would know that being a 4% body fat mass monster is the last thing you'd want to be a functional fighter. You are slow, completely depleted of energy and probavly have some major heart risk. Bodybuilders are five minutes away from passing out of dehydration and fatigue when they are on the stage in their top shape. Absolutely unfit for any physical performance whatsoever

Yes, that's why I started my post the way I did

>fujoshit musashi

This is such a funny thing to say. Baki characters resemble bodybuilders more than they do actual martial artists.

>Which do you prefer?
The one in pic related.
