They have a smell of possibly being dubtitles, but they're not, like, bad. I've only seen the screenshots though, busy with work to check translation accuracy.
And there's no three week delay, they already released all four episodes, so it is just a three day delay. Why the initial delay - who knows. No news about Summer Time Rendering either.

I know for a fact that in some countries it's normal for anime localizers to only produce the dub scripts from the get-go, to save time and money, even if the release schedule for dubs and subs is different. So the fact that the dub isn't public yet doesn't mean anything, maybe it's even partially recorded already, who knows.

i've just rewatched episode 3 and, besides a few small nitpicks that i think anonyneko did better, i'm fine with this. it's better than b-global rewrites/mistranslations and we don't need to torture user for the subs.

It's OK it's not torture to me, I quite enjoy subbing this show. I know Anonyneko's subs are better than mine but he has translated a ton of shit whereas this is my first time translating anything so it would be weird if his subs weren't better

I enjoyed subbing the show too, but I only tackled it due to the lack of official subtitles, so if they're at least passable (i.e. not a Hidive-tier shitshow), and it seems that they are, then I'm out. I might've still continued if I wasn't so burned out, but I think it makes more sense to spend the little energy that still remains on 6HP that I can never seem to finish and nobody else seems to want to do for some reason.

It's not like the Earth isn't already so absolutely fucked that it would affect the few remaining survivors in a meaningful way.
