Just take a look at the recent redo of healer, interspecies reviewers and the last season one, almost no one bought a license so it's almost impossible to earn money from them.

So it should be the uncensored version. Don't know any of the times of any of the explicit stuff. Only time I ever watched Urotsukidoji was renting the movie from Blockbuster years and years and years ago.

Most modern anime are adaptations made basically as an advertisement for their source material, since anime that actually do well enough to net a profit by themselves are the exception rather than the rule.

Movies can be originals more often, since then you have theater sales to make up the gap between what you get from BDs and how much you need to not lose money.
