Sai is a voxel editor, so I heard that it can't output actual lossless vector.

I use sai2, size 9 binary brush on a 3kx3k canvas, then rotated it a bit(bicubic setting) so the lines weren't as harsh
for the crosshatching stuff, I press very lightly so the lines are thinner than the outlines, and follow the underlying forms
when two forms share a shadow next to each other I like to make them "v" sort of shapes (like on her right boob) I think it looks neat
and I use the eraser to sculpt my lines a lot, it's very useful but often overlooked
