I always thought all the big freaks in millennium were werewolves, including rip and zorin. They don't look like wolves (but the same can be said for the captain until he transforms), but they have never acted like vampires, sucking blood and all that. During the rip arc one of the Nazi vampires says he's jealous of her because she is different from them and she can sunbathe on the ship deck.
Well apart from the captain they just have random powers, but if Schrodinger is a confirmed werewolf and he's a reality warping cat, then I guess rip and zorin can be wolves as well.
