When did Kaguya begin it's decline? Is it still fun to read? I've been thinking of reading more romance-comedy, but from what I hear about it and most other manga of its genre it seems like the best bet is to just pick up Jitsu Wa Watashi Wa and move on.

Assuming officers are willing to use live ammunition, being able to resist bullets is a must. Sergio Oliva's abs were so tough that when he was shot by his former wife 5 times by a .38 special, they were allegedly unable to pierce through any deeper than his muscles. He was also a police officer, ironically.

It went full melodrama, expecially with the last arc. The last chapters were literally full of middle-school tier feminism and a stupid and bad draw rescue scene involving an Helicopter. (don't know if you has ever watched/played that famous scene of Resident Evil 4 where Ada Wong trow herself from a building, only to land safely on the helicopter without getting killed by the blades.... Basically the same shit)

It's a gag, but it will be going on for a while longer than that.
We've reached the point when Sandro begins to go wild and introduce small arcs into the story. Apparently a tournament arc is just starting up, though those chapters haven't been scanlated yet.
