The last "serviceable" chapter is the Hayasaka cosplay chapter but the last "good" chapter is the chapter when Kaguya wanted to get Prez's attention. I just checked and that chapter is also right after the last good Ishigami/Miko chapter where Ishigami tried to be nice to Miko.
