I don't recall Sasuke doing a single thing to Konoha to justify the village apparently hating him. The Cloud village and the Land of Iron make more sense because he attacked and wanted to kill the Raikage's brother and later fought the Raikage who lost an arm in the process and the latter had some of their samurai cut down by Sasuke.
But Konoha: What did he do? Had some of their rookies roughed up trying to chase after him? Have Naruto and Sasuke cry about him every arc? Attempted killings that never went through? Killed their enemies like Orochimaru (at the time) and Deidara for them? Killed Danzo who nobody liked and committed all kinds of treason behind the scenes?
Konoha literally didn't have to make any sacrifices or lose men because of Sasuke. What's their excuse? Is it just all in Sasuke's head? Because he owes Konoha literally nothing. The village took more from him than he did from the village.
