I've been getting a little bit behind on series, having only read the 1st two of the Naked Apron one and am about halfway through the Akao one, still needing to read the new chapters translated on both. Haven't gotten to the 3rd one at all yet but already had a tab open for it.
There have always been long term series about brother/sister couples in Hentai but it is nice to see more of them. I suspect that with the Tokyo Law restricting marketability of non-H incest it turns more mangaka to just make the works containing it also contain sex as well. In for a penny, in for a pound.
Regarding Akao, Anaran's work I like it more than the naked Apron one. The couple is a little too tsundere but I do like the increased focus on the Onee-chan's perspective. It is funny since you can immediately tell it is by a female mangaka but that is true for many of the best incest stories in my experience.

Sister/brother incest is most appealing to sisters and brothers, since logically they are the only people able to commit sister brother incest.
An only child can never completely understand but people innately know there is something wrong and missing in their life. This is why you see many NBR stories about suddenly gaining a step-sibling, as while they couldn’t gain a similar age real sibling it is potentially possible for them to gain a step sibling as an only child. It is a sad state of affairs, basically the same type of wish fulfillment as you see in isekai.
