I think the implication is that she is bisexualle and she likes both Kazuya and Chizuru, with Kazuya, romantically and sexually, and with Chizuru, just sexually, but overall she wants Kazuya's love more but since she feels arousal from Chizuru too she gets all angry flustered around her since she doesn't want to acknowledge that because despite that she still likes Kazuya, she started liking him when she saw his true potential when he sorta "chadded up" for Chizuru who's really cool and hot so Mami just ended up wanting to fuck both of them, she's not a virgin and her hormone floodgates are racing through her blood.
In an ideal scenario, Mami would be spitroated by both Kazuya and Chizuru but I can't imagine the author doing this.
