Yes, There's a Mexican streaming service called AnimeOnegai they usually only dub anime that big companies like Crunchyroll dont want anything to do with for either being too controversial, too ecchi or too old so they announced the illya dub a few minutes ago alongside a Seikon No Qwaser dub, Samurai Girls season 2 dub and Kateito hitman reborn dub

Here in the states, Cruchroll and Kadokawa had a deal one year that Cruchroll would automatically license all of their anime. Prisma Illya 3Rei had the misfortune of coming out that year. So Crunchroll owns 3rei, while Sentai Filmworks owns everything else. Cruchyroll didn't even fucking want it.

American companies always fuck up anime licenses, Tsugumomo never got it's OVA or 2nd season dubbed, Funimation only released the first season, the American BDs are the censored TV version and after that they never bothered with the rest of the series, Fuck them

I don't think it's the same Rin dub actress from Extra, and if it is her she improved a lot. Hard to tell from only a trailer but so far she seems at least on par with Venezuelan DEEN Rin, who gave the only savageable performance in that dumpster fire of a dub.

Other than Rin it suuuuucked, although other Venezuelan dubs of that time like Vandread were good enough.
Artoria sounded like she had just been sprang from the residence for elders and Shirou sounded like he had Downs, despite the actor giving good enough performances in other things like Young Justice.

Apocrypha and Extra-Last Encore were dubbed too, but other than those and DEEN's, Prisma is just the fourth one.
Last Encore's dub was pretty bad except for Nero.
Apocrypha's was a mixed bag, most of the performances were okay (except for Astolfo, who made fags seethe by sounding like just a dopey dude) with standouts like Semiramis or Shakespeare, but the translation itself was quite spotty doing things like translating Class names (which led to the hilarity of Saber of Black being called LA ESPADA DEL NEGRO).
