I hate to say it but Usopp peaked at Sniper King and since then he hasn’t been able to replicate it. I remember coming into post-ts thinking, “OK, here we go. Usopp has grown. He has become Sniper King himself. If he does have his cowardly moment, I suspect it’ll only be used as a facade to deceive his opponents so that they’ll drop their guard around him.” Then Fishman Island happened and I wasn’t seeing much improvement from him so I grew concerned. When we hit Dressrosa I became disappointed. By the time Wano came along, I gave up on Usopp. It was such a shame, because he was second favorite Straw Hat behind Brook.

Oda said that Wano ends the current Saga (The Yonko Saga) and next Saga is the last one. All sagas are composed by multiple arcs. The only confirmed arcs beyond Wano are Elbaf, Laughtale and the final war.
