You won't find all episodes on decent quality or even subbed, Many episodes got banned in Japan from reruns,home releases and streaming services due to the use of guns and Shizuka's nudity so there's no official way to see them in decent quality and the spanish dub for some of those episodes mostly the ones involving nudity are also lost so see what you can find and give it a shot

In November of 2021 the Doraemon anime had one episode telling the audience that Shizuka won't have any bath scenes in future episodes or movies ever again, All classic episodes with Shizuka bath/nude scenes are banned from reruns and home media/streaming releases too

The problem is the show isn't even in any particular order depending on where you look.
Like one pack I downloaded had 278 individual episodes all numbered though with massive gaps (last one was 1778)
Then another pack was volumes from DVDs I guess with 8 episodes each, but the episodes don't correspond in any way to the individual numbered episodes so its like they just picked 8 at random and shoved them on each volume
