Having a "clean" face will only look uncanny and unsettling (look at people who have too-perfect teeth for instance), and you'll always remember that you used to have it before so there's also a chance you won't feel any better ("I cheated to get this"). Also, listen to me, cosmetic surgery is a slippery fucking slope. Things like laser and needle "treatment" aren't one-off things either, it's expensive and you'll have to have it topped up for the rest of your life. When you're old you're gonna have wrinkles anyway, so you're better off learning to feel at least neutral about your appearance. I'd bet it doesn't even look bad, but since you don't see it as often as guys you've been wrongly convinced that it is somehow.
