Haruko simply lacks the same sort of feats that Luffy does, even with the clips you linked. Luffy doesn't need to dodge bullets but can do so as well - not to mention toonforce ontop of everything else he's done thus far.

What are you talking about? Yusuke at his strongest shot isn't even enough to pulverize an entire city, much less an entire planet.

Sasuke, scales to So6p who created the moon with a rinnegan technique and Kaguya who created a dimension filled with stars and planets
Ichigo, held his own against characters who could disrupt and destroy all of soul society with their spiritual pressure
Luffy, has toon force and is now comparable to prime Whitebeard who was stated to be able to destroy the world (OP's earth is many times larger than ours)

Yusuke is Star level and Speed of light easily he could go up against the Yomu who would have wiped the floor with Sensui like Raizen did in seconds.
And Sensui was an S class demon which is planetary.

And if we start talking about what is stated they can do, then Vash is literally universe level. Vash is designed to be able to create a black hole that implodes and resets the universe.
Also, Vash not only can dish out this much, but he can also tank shots that are meant to destroy entire planets, since he traded shots with another being that can destroy the universe.

Red team wins. Not only Vash can dish out multiverse level threats, but he can also tank universe-destroying shots, can move faster than a bullet that is faster than light, and is one of the smartest being in the universe.
His literal only weakness that could be exploited is that he is a pacifist, but this shouldn't be much of a problem, since Vash can create another universe and just send them there.

Normal people can't see stands, so fighting Jotaro is basically impossible for normal people. Likewise Ichigo is invisible to anybody who doesn't have spirit sense, so on the other teams, the only people who could even see him would be Yusuke and Ishida. Maybe Rin Okumura. A recurring theme is going to be Vash potentially being the most dangerous person here but his commitment to technical pacifism rendering him far less effective than he otherwise would be.

So setting aside Ichigo, your top brawlers are Luffy and Haruko. If Luffy is capped at gear 4 (no Nika nonsense) then Yusuke (post-DT) or maybe pissed-off Gon could take him. Haruko though could thrash anybody from green or blue team without much trouble. The real problem for red team is black team, who have 3 absolutely broken people.

If Jotaro has time stop he can solo everybody in this image. If he doesn't, then he'd be vulnerable to long range attacks, as he often is in his own manga, despite Star Platinum being fast enough to stop bullets and capable of acting independent of his will. Each team other than black has at least one fighter with a strong ranged ability, with Blue being especially stacked in that regard, but the ones he'd really have to watch out for are Ishida and Yusuke. Not even sure if he could see Ishida's bow and arrows, which would make blocking them very hard, and Ishida's preferred fighting distance is very long range, out of Star Platinum's reach. So Ishida would be his toughest matchup. Yusuke probably has more stopping power than Ishida but his preferred fighting style is up close so very good chance he gets KO'd by Star Platinum before he figures out he needs to keep his distance and use ranged moves.

That leaves Yuta, the wildcard. If it's just Yuta himself, he's not much of a threat, but if Sukuna comes out, the only way he doesn't instantly win is if Vash gets very serious and pulls out the big gun.

So yeah, despite Red team being busted, black team is just more busted.

Luffy is pretty busted, but even he would struggle to fight a super fast enemy he cannot even perceive with any of his senses. Plus there's Ichigo, don't forget, which is the issue with Star Platinum only worse. Even if you assume Luffy's uncanny senses give him some kind of ability to detect spirit stuff he can't see, he still has to deal with Ichigo and Star Platinum being insanely fast and strong.

Chibaku tensei can create a moon, Susanoo has been shown wiping mountain ranges, he fought Toneri who sliced the moon in half, fighting Kaguya is his biggest feat as she scales massively above everything with her ability to destroy the dimensions she creates with the truth seeking orb

Whitebeard in his old age created tremors that were felt in Sabaody all the way from Marineford, it's country level feat and you have keep in mind OP's planet is larger than average. Prime Whitebeard is definitively magnitudes stronger so the statement can't be taken as exaggeration

It's not like Vash does that at the drop of a hat. He's very committed to pacifism and will try to diffuse confrontations rather than escalate them himself. I can't see him busting out his last resort unless some really fucked up shit goes down, like Sukuna showing up or Ichigo deciding to nuke everything.

He couldn't hold it for more than a few attacks before powering down and remarking about how exhausting it was. He managed to get it going again but it's clear that Gear 5th works on a time limit similar to Gear 4th.

If Jotaro has Star Platinum Over Heaven, he wins. He can stop time and literally rewrite existence so that no other character exists anymore while time is stopped.
Even if someone else can also rewrite reality to deal with Jotaro, Star Platinum Over Heaven literally can overwrite that and come into existence again, even if Jotaro is hurt, he can also overwrite that.
It was also stated that only a stand of this same type can counter this ability.
