I mean, that's fine. The story is not ending, so drip-feeding that kind of large scale plot stuff makes sense. We have things like the ex-president guy disappearing and he is yet to show up, but we know he will. It's no rush.
But leaving off a chapter like the previous one on such an urgent cliffhanger and then (apparently, according to spoilers) spending the bulk of the immediately following one on barely related shit that yet again sidelines the character most in need of screentime is just weird.

You know I've been rereading some early chapters and it seems clear to me that large chunks of the story have been shuffled around, modified or just rewritten entirely.
Most importantly for the current issue is how Ruby pretty much never really mentioned Goro at the start. She was only interested in Ai, she "always wanted" to be an idol but derided her lack of physicality, she wanted to follow in Ai's footsteps since she shone so brigthly. But around the debut concert chapter she brings up the idea that actually, her main motivation to become an idol was her crush on Goro. And since then it's been treated as THE thing, even though it essentially didn't exist before. It's kinda jarring to notice the transition as it happens to be honest. Really feels like avoiding writing Ruby for so long, or not having any idea of what to do with her, ended up biting Aka in the ass.
