She was using them to gight the blood devil though, she had a reason to do it. You can even make the argument that she was expecting to get sliced up and then eaten anyway after having asked Pochita for help, so she saw no reason in killing Kishibe during that particualr moment. You're forgetting that she got ambushed by Kishibe and the hell devil squad and was about to get cast into hell, she HAD to ask Pochita for help or she would be finished otherwise. Makima was fucked the moment she left her apartment in chapter 83.

Chainsaw Man is objectively speaking the best shonen manga to come out post-2010, fact, not an opinion. Every manga has flaws, that doesn't take away from everything that made it great in the first place. If you think CSM is mediocre you can't claim any shonen to be good. Chainsaw Man actually had the balls to try and attempt a different storytelling approach (self contained story in less than 100 chapters, rushing from arc to arc for maximum entertainment while still managing a good balance between character development, character interactions, comedy, action, catharsis, and story progression etc.). CSM actually has its own unique identity, something that 99,9% of shonen are missing these days. No matter what your opinion on CSM is, if you can't acknowledge its obivous strengths you're just pretentious fucking moron who completely missed the point. Go and read some fucking garbage generic and recycled shonen filth or moe pandering tranny shit instead, a subhuman such as you doesn't even deserve to read Chainsaw Man anyway.
