Anyone watching the new HoneyWorks anime? It starts today.
Heroine Tarumono

Idolshit
Is it?
No.
Why not?
This doesn't even look like an idol show.
>males
dropped
Why don't you like males?
It looks like its made for girls and wieners
I don't see how that's a problem
What is this even about?
I hope the music will be good
>twitter.com
>official Twitter account doesn't even have the anime's actual name in it
Interesting decision.
>Heroines Run the Show: The Unpopular Girl and the Secret Task is an upcoming anime based on a song of the same name by HoneyWorks
Nigga wat
It's an anime based on a song
Exciting
So I guess no one cares
Is the anime actually out or are you making the thread half a day early again
how much hair she got down there?
It airs in about an hour
10 minutes
Eyebrows tomboy.
>oh no, I'm between the class hot guy and the other hot guy, what should I do
They are also randomly idols.
Taru!
breedable stacy
Well, it's a cinderella-type story with tomboy mc and two ikemen princes. Isn't very appealing visually but the studio is trying a bit at least.
>Idolshit
It's romcom shit
what a shame
what a rotten way to kill a tomboy
Hoping for Rem/Hestia singing
Will it have ghost idols or heart surgery idols?
It's not. The girl in the middle isn't the idol, just a temp manager. And she probably isn't getting with the boys either. Besides HoneyWorks already has its own female idol series, and its a solo idol rather than a group
Local country bumpkin moves to the big city and irritates the hot new teen sensations but wins a contest to be their manager. Hijinks ensue. Friends are made. She has a fight with one of her friends, who is a simp for the idol boys.
Some of the characters from the last arc come back but only two of them are truly relevant. The romantic leftover gets a love onterest with the new cast.
>male idolshit
>focuses on the cute girl manager
Who is the audience for this?
As far as I know idols with abusive parents. The blondie has a dad that left and a mom that's thotting around, and the bluenette wants to do kabuki but his dad sees him as a half-assed candidate for his legacy. Plus stepbrother drama.
Girls. Did you not watch early UtaPri or B project? Although they probably would makes tons more money with just a LIP×LIP spinoff (not like they haven't already, since they're stupidly popular and their MVs regularly hit over a couple million views)
I am, out of curiosity.
Does the MC have both parents or did one or both kick the bucket?
You see MC's parents near the beginning. Both of them are alive and loving and she has like 4 other kiddie siblings. Homewise she's not wanting for anything.
Do any of the other characters have a deceased parent?
She isn't a tomboy, picrel is a real tomboy
One of the idols you see later had a dead grandpa. The idol MC has a crush on is an orphan (not entirely sure if he's showing up in the anime although that arc is being adapted here).
Yeah there aren't very many actual tomboys in HoneyWorks. Natsuki gets along with guys and is said to be tomboyish but she's pretty girly. Ryou, who you basically never see, is a volleyball prodigy and she's treated like the school prince(ss) but even she wants to be girly too
I take it back, the most tomboyish is actually Mona. Outside of idol work she wears boyish clothes and her true blue image songs are about trying to fight her way up the idol ladder. Again, she's still pretty girly though
I thought this anime was based on a song? Or are you suggesting it also got a manga or novel? Where is this "arc" coming from?
Thread seems pretty dead for a first episode thread
i need to watch something before?
I liked it, girls are almost as cute as the boys.
This is definitely not the kind of anime Yea Forums watches.
only watching it for y.aoi but still looks like shit
FeMC is CUTE
