I was a little but slow as a kid, but I caught up pretty quick once I finally figured it out. I couldn't read until I was 9 years old. When I was 13 years old, my favourite book was Romance of the Three Kingdoms by Luo Guanzhong, which I read in it's entirety, including the endnotes.
