>So, user, what are your hobbies?
>R-reading.
Why does it feel so pathetic? Do you have any other hobbies? If so, recommend some.
So, user, what are your hobbies?
Fishing
>reading
this is the lit board sir.
fencing is fun though
Just say reading in a more firm, manly way.
Nothing pathetic about reading. It's actually patrician and classy in this modern era of charge they phone and eat hot chip
Don't forget be bisexual and lie.
Yeah I bought some land and now I have my own private place to go camping and shooting. I like hiking too.
Riding motorcycles and hunting.
I say collecting and reading literature if I’m at a dinner party surrounded by braggy yuppies. It’s fun when you make them feel uncultured for not having read a novel since high school.
>It’s fun when you make them feel uncultured for not having read a novel since high school.
Dangerously based.
Hiking mountain biking camping kayaking usually pack a book with me to do all of these things
Have some artistic pursuits as well as physical ones. Mind and body. Personally, I dabble in photography and writing as well as go to the gym and go on hikes.
Reading isn't a hobby.
It is if you do it for recreation.
based angler.
i simply say:
I like to watch movies...in my underwear
Beyond reading here are mine:
>Kyokushin Karate
>Guitar, bass, drums, organ, harmonica, music in general
>Fishing
>Craft beers, spirits (mostly whiskey), and wines.
>Fashion (not some bougie shit or anything)
>What are your hobbies?
No one has ever asked me this.
you forgot funko pop collectin
i hate when they ask me what books i like ._.
Faggot.
eating
Seems better than saying all of your hobbies are just gaming or Netflix imo
Seethe.
reading, listening to music, browsing the internet
drawing, reading, painting, writing.
at some point one of the two will pop off and I can make a career out of it.
I know but you still can't say it.
>Hobbies?
I'm a gamer.
I had the TW 125 20 years ago, riding it was so much fun. I regret selling her to this day.
I would have more respect for someone who only says "reading".
I like to keep myself busy throughout the week with hobbies with my buddies. On Tuesdays we play tennis. Wednesdays and Fridays we go rock-climbing. Thursdays we do yoga. On the weekends I like to check out new breweries. When I've got more free time I like to go canoeing, hiking and hammock-camping with my gal. Occasionally go to a concert or to the movies. It's a good life.
Yeah, I know what you're thinking, but I enjoy myself and I have fun.
Anyway, OP, there's nothing pathetic about reading. It's a good, cheap and rewarding hobby, and you shouldn't care what other people think, however you should always strive to diversify your experiences with new hobbies, especially ones that get your body moving.
Based, been meaning to get into salmon fishing with the goal of learning to make my own lox at some point.
Very based.
>hunting
grow up.
I study and practise Magick so that anyone who "owns" me on Yea Forums may become festooned with boils and experience discharge from their member.
I also occasionally dabble in sleep.
I barely even read anymore. At this point I spend more time looking at my books than actually reading them. I just sit around all day. I don’t even know what I do. Nothing. It’s over. I won’t get out of this.
Fuckin' and truckin'
>hobbies?
>oh, I’m racist online
Just fester user. Surely you're right, and there's nothing more for you to do.
I just say reading I honestly don't care
No, I know I’m wrong. It’s just that I don’t know what to do and how to make it out. Even that is honestly a lie.
Depends on what you like. My other hobbies are videogames, skating, fencing, caving/spelunking is really neat/fun. I want to get into wingsuits but I don't have that kind of money.
Sex.
Truly, the most literary hobby.
>tw 125
What country are you from user?
>karate
>COME HOME WESTERN MAN
>and also do judo for the grappling
*waits 6 seconds*
>I drive.
I want one of those but I’m poor, terrified of motor vehicles, terrified of getting into an accident, and live in the state with the worst drivers in America.
Germany, why?
Machine learning with quantum computers always gets them wet
socializing is a hobby
Hunting is based, hippie faggot.
*Nightcall by Kavinsky blasting*
Just wondering. You can’t get the 125 in ‘Murica.
Masturbation, watching pornography, watching tv and surfing the internet.
Bikes are cheap, have cheap insurance, and are cheap on gas. Perfect for poorfags. The one in that pic was only 4700 new, insurance was 35 a month, and gets 75 mpg.
Based but Exodus 22:18.
>Masturbation, watching pornography,
these. if you don't think these are hobbies, then you aren't doing them right
Cycling
Nothing wrong with what you said except for the fact that you were clearly looking for an excuse to brag. Your experience are mostly irrelevant to the topic since most people, not just the losers on here, can't afford the free time and money to go hiking and rock climbing, and tennis and such on a weekday.
Inb4
>just invest in crypto and get rich
Kys
Better then saying “nothing” or “scrolling social media” or “video games”
reading is not a hobby
that's like the equivalent of women who think watching movies and listening to music are hobbies
Honestly this is the best response. I used to be friends with a guy I knew since high school (no longer in contact), where he would criticize reading and writing as feminine.
I tried to argue stuff about how people like Hemingway, lots journalists, and some of history's greatest authors were male, but the correct response really was to just say it in a firm way.
No one has been discouraging about it since (people can think what they like, so long as they don't say it).
>where he would criticize reading and writing as feminine
he's completely correct
Did you ever actually learn anything from /x/ or is it a waste of time?
What a life.
Buy another one. Or a cheaper one
based fellow fencing chad
Try exercising. Forcing myself into a gym led to community College led to a job in it and now I'm not totally depressed.
