Fuck you Inoue, FUCK you. Burn in hell.
It will never be finished
Didn't he basically write himself into a corner?
>Didn't he basically write himself into a corner?
how did he do that? Isnt it just the adaptation of a novel?
hes probably had bad health issues or maybe he just fell out of love with manga
Just read the book.
I need pictures
Not really. If you read the novel, the quality is more that of an adventure historical novel similar to the Three Musketeers. It is a nice novel and it stands well by itself, but the depth you find in Vagabond is all from Inoue's. That level of inner inquiry is nowhere to be found in the novel. It is really a pity that he does not want to finish this, because this is a true work of art in all senses and the best manga I have ever read. It is a work that truly teaches you something about life.
My opinion is that he got scared of what drawing the battle between musashi and kojiro would mean - and where does that lead in terms of the themes he wanted to develop. There is a very high risk that it is not where he wanted to go, considered how much musashi has grown, in the manga. He seemed almost free from the "spiral of killing", as well as from his ego always pushing him to compare himself to others. Yet, he will have to fight kojiro, and he will have to kill him.
Beside this, there is also the fact that Kojiro is an amazing character, expressing so much even without words. The chapters of his fights were among my favorite manga chapters ever. Having to draw the death of a character like kojiro by topping the quality of all previous fights must be horribly difficult.
One Piece
You could try to fuck off and kill yourself.
Thanks much appreciated
this one wasn't that good, had a bad ending
Just read Musashi.
Favorite arc? Personally I loved the Baiken arc, though farm arc was great too.
Feels good man - The curious case of user who stopped wasting his life on Yea Forums
idk what the arc was but when he killed the 100 dudes or whatever
i have, but its not the same
He said he lost passion for manga and he's really into basketball now
is he still working on real
shamo
Should have skipped the fucking farming arc.
yeah it just updated too i think.
that was the best arc
fuck you
>Pic related will be finished.
Thank you Inoue, you are a fucking legend.
Olympic
wait, when?
It's not even that good, calm down.
>the depth you find in Vagabond is all from Inoue's
That explains why it reads like a non-writer came up with it.
>It is a work that truly teaches you something about life.
The things it teaches are insultingly obvious life lessons. I don't know what to say to you.
Just read Musashi 's books retard. The only fight that's left is Musashi jumping out of a boat and crushing Kojiro's skull before dedicating his life to the arts and philosophy.
The real Musashi has done that as well, but it was 72 people and it was much crueler considering that Musashi chopped of the 12 year old clan leader's head off after jumping out of a tree in the middle of the night and held it up high so the samurai of the clan would lose focus and he could slaughter them all.
If anything Vagabond makes Musashi seem way too human. Dude was an absolute psychopath who was obsessed with horses, war and hated women.
Inoue doesn't care anymore.
basketball >>>>>>>>> samurai
its shit
No, but correct Inoue's case. Most good samurai manga are better than any basketball manga.
Better than the manga, at least
Why doesnt he do like dragon ball or onepunchman and get somebody else to do all the work
what a faggot
He returned to Real. He'll return to Vagabond. Just wait.
There is no need to be upset.
It's because you didn't pay him for his work.
Vagabond's farming arc is actually good, differently from Vinland Saga. It makes sense and it doesn't come out of nowhere.
I don't fucking believe you. We don't deserve such greatness
Someone already posted the ending in a previous thread.
Outside of Inoue's stuff, the best basketball series are at best just kind of good.
That sounds pretty based to me.
please be true
How soon do you think it will end?
All he had to do was get to the duel.
I cannot even imagine how glorious the build up, the emotions involved and the actual fight between Musashi and Mojito will be
