You would need to start by collecting a lot of uncensored hentai. Then for each hentai scene, create a copy of it which is censored (you'll have to do this manually). In fact you'll probably want to create a lot of different versions of each clip with different censoring (i.e. mosaic size, censored region, etc).
Then you train a network (probably some kind of CNN) using the censored versions as the input and the original uncensored as the ground truth. Of course that's all easier said than done.

The source files still need to exist, otherwise it is just image processing. Keep in mind that most old jav is 480i/p and has fuck huge pixelization. It won't look good.
If the uncensored versions for old jav haven't leaked yet, there is a good chance they don't exist anymore.
What needs to happen is not gen 0 AI upscaling of pixelizations, but true image processing that utilizes frame differences and stabilization in order to determine the algorithm used to generate the pixelization (it isn't just an average, fuckers like to randomize/swap too) and then depixelate the image so that the pixelization is as true to image as possible. THEN you apply the ai filter. The examples out there today of decensors just go straight to the AI filter and as a result look worse then just blurring/softening the pixelization.
