TPN is just very superficial and disappointing due to the wasted potential now, I wouldn't outright call it dogshit. MHA, on the other hand, your mileage may vary on it ever being 'good', but there is certainly a humongous gap to how it became.

Eh, I don't think it's that bad plotwise, just average shounenshit. Problem is that it declined in quality. Ray is absolutely atrocious as a character and Shirai only seems to like Norman and Emma out of the entire cast.
