Guhna, Kakine and Accelerator lose to opponents that are very clearly set by the narrative to be above them in power so it isn't jobbing, just losing a fight. Misaki loses to a literal who that has no hype, establishments or even long term importance, something all of the other three had against them in their match ups.

Mugino is plot I agree, but it could be argued to be jobbing because Hamazura could have lost that fight and still "won" the story by redeeming rhe insane Mugino in OT15 but Kamachi chose the confrontational method.
