With space + time you can relocate yourself to a previous point in time while staying as you are or affecting way more shit if you want.

I think getting the crew out of Drakken's ship ASAP and hightailing it would be the best possible option, since it's shown Shiki's team could only stop one of the element 4 temporarily, at best. They still have no way of fighting Sylph or even Joe himself, and if Joe retains his memories he's liable to just kill Shiki again because he knows Shiki won't submit. Fly towards a government fleet and let them scare Joe off.
