ITT: Post non-Isekai fantasy anime/manga. It's a rarity nowadays
Not Isekai
I don't think they are that rare. Maybe there is even the same amount of fantasy manga out there than in the past, or even more. It's just that they are dwarfed by the flood of isekai.
>it's a rarity nowadays
but its not
Then post more of these common titles.
Holy fuck that is beautiful
Kaoru Mori is a very talented artist.
I think Faraway Paladin would have worked better as a not isekai.
He doesn't bring in anything from his previous life and the character would have worked better if he really were a total autist that was raised by three undead.
His priesthood may have granted him glimpses at his past lifes sometimes but it should have hardly been relevant.
It seems many fantasy stories nowadays are superficially isekai just so they can tap into that very popular genre.
Nobody said they are common.
Pic related.
The linguist is from another continent and tries to get into the beastmens languages and manerisms.
So it's technically isekontinent or something.
Don't awoo
So they're not rare, but not common. Uncommon?
>expected a sex Anje pose
>Gets a superior sexy mecha pose instead
I'm okay with this
For me Heterogenia Linguistico is pretty much the opposite of Monster Rancher: while HL fits well as an isekai even not being one, MR doesn't fit at all even having the isekai trope.
>Maoyuu Maou Yuusha
I dropped the series because I had enough of that "girl endlessly chases boy" trope, but it's otherwise quite good.
You don't tell me what to do!
>MUH STEPBRUTHA

The genre is already filled with garbage enough, and now we need to bear with shitty authors trying to capitalize on it. "Great".
This really. Every time I see an Isekai story I ask "Why does this need to be one of those?" Generally it serves as a fish out of water thing, but when characters get used to the lifestyle so easily, it kind of kills the purpose. It's either that or they're bringing something from their own world to apply to the new one, but sometimes that's just fetishizing cooking or something superficial in a really lame way.
I liked Dunbine. More Isekai should do what Dunbine did.
Welcome to one decade ago.
>Cute nun being coerced into desecrating religious objects by a hot evil ghost
Why is this strangely hot
Be a Tomino thing only Tomino fans can tolerate?
>Go to other world
>Go back to Original World
>Fucking Die
Yeah.
Ragna Crimson is really fun. Though it does have the MC getting the memories of his future self, so it's kind of reincarnation.
This one is true, old fashioned fantasy. And a beautiful one.
Retired Heroes. It's actually quite enjoyable.
I'm not really keen on the Omae Gotoki manga. The art's rough as fuck and it's on a quarterly release schedule. I wish they'd just animate it and have done.
I specifically requested the opposite
Based MILF hunter demon lord.
This sort of reminds me of The Arms Peddler, which I miss so very much.
