No

yes

Nothing is worth anything. Do what you like. Vanitatum vanitas, omnium vanitas. Memento mori, et carpe diem.

It's worth learning Japanese for all that's mistranslated.

Yes and also

This is the true value of learning moonspeak, no more 'localisation' for you.

It is for me, don't know about you.

What is the most effective way of learning?

best way to learn Japanese?

Read stuff and look up words in a dictionary if you don't know them.

>2 years of study later
>can read/watch raws and understand most of it
worth every second of study time.

You can't learn Japanese. Knowing it is worth it though because anime unironically isn't as good as the other mediums

Did you go for the JLPT route? How'd you go about it. Genuinely interested. I want to learn another language and this is about the closest thing I have to something foreign that I'm interested it.

The only good method is the simplist brute force method; just download a visual novel and start reading it. /int/'s /djt/ thread has all the info you need.

How do you deal with stroke order anyway? I feel like it's the one thing that you're always at risk of forgetting, especially since you'll rarely be writing by hand if you don't live in japan.

Well it doesn't really matter if you stroke up first or down first considering you'll be stroking both ways right afterwards.

>How do you deal with stroke order anyway?
Don't. There's no reason to write in Japanese

Yes.

Thanks.
Nice.
Yeah I figured it'd go that way. At least with my way of reasoning it out, stroke order can help the character stick to my mind.

why the fuck would you pay money to take a test to confirm you memorized a textbook? i read shit in nip until i could understand it. presto chango, i can speak nip.
wrong, actually, i need to be able to read my own notes. stroke order actually is essential.

Ok I'll read Hanahira, but god it's so boring

Read something you like.

>taking notes
why

On which chapter of the manga the anime ends?
