Can I get a dirty rundown of whats happened so far. I left off at "I dont want to kill the demons" or whatever when they meet norman again.

>Emma meets up with Norman and seduces him into stopping everything
>Peter found Norman's hideout and kidnapped everyone there and took them to GF
>Emma and co go back to GF to rescue them
>Isabella is now Grandma
>Isabella betrays Peter for the kids (apparently)

Shouldve ended at 7 walls. It really only felt like a few more chapters were left after I stopped.

Well, then there would still be the issue of Peter so that needed to get solved.

The pacing of the series is buck wild, everything somehow feels too slow and rushed at the same time

I know all of this has been said before but like at some point (possibly after the hunting grounds arc), everything just seemed to go their way, hurdles and bumps don't matter if the entire story is inclined.
The last like 3 chapters have felt like great examples:
"oh no, demons did x, well we've already done y, children cheer",
"oh they captured them, oh we already got there and captured the capturers"
"Oh no mom's still alive and on their side, oh she's on our side and barfs uncontrollably

The manga peaked right at the escape, the hunting grounds was fine but still shit.

Same, I still want to see how it ends and how Ray can be further bullied into irrelevancy.

The series will end with an epilogue where Ray is the family dog.

it was already established emma et al only escaped because of isabella's keikaku and norman was likewise saved on her recommendation. how many times must it be stated she hates the farm status quo before people believe it? even krone's arc was reiterating this. any mother would not want to see her own children killed. ray is literally her biological son.
