New chapter MAJOR spoilers: Ogura Shion confirmed to be a Dark Clan.
She's the descendant of Gusion, the demon that presides over knowledge, time, and tomes.
The glitchy alt-timeline Ogura reveals this, along with the knowledge that Mikan's current room used to be her home (the paper talisman/seals behind the wallpaper were from her residence).
The final 'mistake' they have to find from alternate timelines (like Ugallu's grave and the washing machine from the previous chapter) is the view from Mikan's room, which shows a barren and ashen landscape.
This landscape is from the timeline "where Momo failed to save the world".
Further notes on Ogura: Alt-Ogura calls herself "different from the Ogura you are searching for"
"your world's Shion-chan is my final page".
Regarding herself, she says "I'm an entity that should'n't be here, one that already exited the stage"
"You can call me Gushion-chan."
The note at the bottom of the final page reads "This Ogura has memories of the lost town?"

Personal thoughts:
It's still kind of murky how much of this translates into fact for the real Ogura, especially concerning that line about 'my final page'. My current interpretation is that Ogura is some sort of multi-timeline entity, and the Ogura in the main worldline has less 'demon blood' lineage (or in this case, parallelage?) due to her being the last one. Main Ogura's Dark Clan heritage should still now be official, though to what extent might be a question.
The note at the bottom of the final page "This Ogura has memories of the lost town?" seems to indicate Alt-Ogura is either from the "Momo fails" timeline, or is something about her Gusion lineage giving her such knowledge. I suppose that'll be a clarification for next time.
Alt-Ogura says that the view from the window is the final mistake. If she's telling the truth, then either A. she isn't a mistake and thus trapped in here? or B. she's from the scenery's timeline, and thus is an extension of it as one whole mistake package. If she's lying, then it's pretty concerning because there's a lot of other things she could be lying about.
The view from Mikan's room window of the doomed timeline is small, but to me it seems pretty similar to Momo's mindscape entrance, the part guarded by Metatron. Being described as ashen and barren certainly helps the connection.

Alt-Ogura doesn't mention any of this until Momo goes off to check the further areas of the street. She also says "let's hurry up and erase this" concerning the "Momo fails timeline" view.
Now, doing this while Momo is away could be to avoid bringing up her trauma. Plus, hiding her dark clan nature to Momo and actions in general would also make sense. It's consistent with how Ogura has acted so far (waiting for the whole gang to leave for the mountain before doing stuff).
However, Mikan says that Ogura's voice became further glitched as they removed mistakes from the world. Lillith says this is probably because removing mistakes brings this mistake street closer and closer to the main timeline, thus making Alt-Ogura's existence a more apparent distinction/mistake from the main reality. This means the window view being the "final" mistake is either a technicality, or a straight-up lie. If this is some sort of malignant, lying entity, going with what she says and removing that "final" mistake while Momo is away could be dangerous.
At least we'll most likely be getting a decent lorebomb (hopefully a flashback?) about it next chapter.

Presumably the past one that Momo took part in, as mentioned by Anri "oh I hear she saved the world once" and all. Also, this barrier protects Shamiko's home area from unwanted fates, so this could be a more recent possibility involving a threat approaching the Yoshida household.
Gusion is a demon of knowledge of all things past, present, and future. I guess Ito decided to emphasize the past/present/future part. Also, something something Woz from Kamen Rider Zi-O, as much of JP is mentioning. The chapter release being the same day as the release of the Zi-O Geiz Majesty film doesn't help.

It doesn't even have to do with anything from the latest chapter, but Ito foreshadows stuff so much that at this point I'll believe the lady who walks her dog is a former magical girl.
Machikado is about saving people, and this arc is called the 'Ogura rescue/retrieval arc. I think this is less about Momo herself, and more about the aftermath of this timeline and alt-Ogura's friendships. As JP twitter said, Shamiko tries to save everybody, and this would include alt-Ogura. The timeline shown is more presumably for exposition about the events that happened in the past with Sakura and Momo that Momo doesn't want to talk about.
The barriers work a home-by-home basis. Shamiko's house barrier keeps weakening cause of the new people she meets, and Lico was detected from outside the town after they forgot to put up the barrier on the cafe for one day.
Anri might not be barriered/is somehow beyond barriers which would explain a lot about the above, and we don't know Azazel-sensei's actual dark clan status. Ogura was introduced to Shamiko and Momo via Anri IIRC, so that might void things. In the end, without seeing the front of any of their houses, we don't know the specifics of their situations.

The cafe barrier wasn't smashed, it was altered. The arrows carried doll Lillith holding a magical stick to rewrite the barrier, allowing them entry (a complicated task when you're hurtled at 1km in 1 second, hence all the tries necessary). Presumably, said rewriting didn't alter the overall effectiveness of their barrier, cause it worked perfectly fine afterwards. Well, until the one day after they moved the cafe while forgetting the barrier in the previous location. Hon would've caught Lico's trace from far before if the barrier wasn't working.

The speculah we've had on Gusion turns out to be true, although Ito did one better. Alt.Ogura was very specific when she said that she is the descendant of Gusion, an existence that should have long exited the stage Alt. Gusion is very much that great duke of hell we've talked about, fitting the description down to a T.
(Same was said about the creator god. Only the system that keeps the peace remain)
Mikan's room was inhabited by Ogura. I have no idea if that room connects to this greater existence of Gusion across space-time.

Going back and reading through the series, feels like where it lost its stride was after chapter 39, right after the fall to darkness and then the immediately un-fall from darkness
You have a strong build up and mystery up to that point, but its kinda been floundering since then somehow. Its not bad not but something about it isn't the same, not sure what. Its like it lost focus after that part a bit.
More slice of life is good, we haven't gotten enough of that. I mean more like, everything since then has felt like a series of side quests.

As Ito had summarized, the situation up till now has been
1. Original Ogura tried to repair the barrier that protects the dark clan from the magical girls, but she got sucked into a world made up of the fate that would've been had there been no barrier
2. Ryoko suspected that Oiriginal Ogura is a demon as well just as Momo decided on mounting a rescue effort to the blind spot of spacetime where Original Ogura is. Ryoko's now trying to figure things out from Ogura's books at the attic
3. Alter Ogura said that this blind spot realm is intertwined to the parallel world where there was barrier. Using magic to clear up the anomalies within the apartment will lead them closer to the original world line.
4. Mikan and Lilith were able to pick up Shamiko's whereabouts from the beacon that Mikan gave Shamiko. Mikan and Lilith tried to let Shamiko know that Alter Ogura is not their Ogura. Shamiko and Momo couldn't call Mikan because they don't have her number (since who remembers phone number at this day and age)
5. Alter Ogura foiled Shamiko's attempt to call to Mikan by saying that the phone's out of cellular range.
6. In order to get contact with the outside world, Momo split from Shamiko and alter Ogura after unloading emergency supplies and rations that she can store within her cloak. That's when Alter Ogura took Shamiko to Mikan's room, revealing that she used to live there
7. Alter Ogura then to asked Shamiko to fix the anomaly of "the street corner left in ruins" while noting that there's only 3min15sec before Momo finds out that they've moved away from their last whereabouts.
8. Alter Ogura revealed that she is the descendant of Gusion, and asked Shamiko to call her by that name. Gusion's final bombshell is that Original Ogura is merely "her last page".
